Default Palm Pre Cases

I've seen some reviews saying the bottom of the Pre is very sharp when the keyboard is out, so do you think that a rubber/silicone or plastic case would take care of that problem?

Yes, as a matter of fact. i saw one. It jus fits over the main screen and somehow still allows it to slide perfectly. Ive just added a black rubber case from a website i found. It's cool lookin.

What website did you get that off of and what kind of pricing did they have on it?

I'm not worried about the sharp edges but more for the safety of the exterior

The case pictured does cover up the gesture area. There will be a new case coming out. A lot like the blackberry clip. I'm going a wait. In the mean time put some phantom skinz on.

Thats right my friend! you will end with a headache! I put one in my pre and was a nightmare! the gesture area was innoperant and the cover activates the proximity sensor of the pre (in the earpice area) it activates it like if the pre was in my ear and my pre screen goes off!!! (its supposed to activate only during a call but for some reason it activates when i was in the web) another problem its that the cover its a clippon type and its force the upper part of the pre with the keyboard part! you notice this when you slide your keyboard out!!! (some people report that this cases losses the keyboard part of their pre's!!)
