If you don’t know who Roger McNamee is, he is the guy who has invested over $400 Million dollars in Palm and much of the reason Palm stayed floating long enough to bring a game changing operating system and phone to the market. Kara Swisher from AllThingsD took a couple minutes to talk to him about the Palm Pre:

I was surprised at some of her very forward remarks like, “I’m going to call it the Pray,” and when McNamee speaks of his adrenalie on overload she says, “It’s only a phone.”

I beg to differ, Ms. Swisher. For Palm people, the Pre encompasses their very existence.
